The rules of the glasshouse

1. Who keeps the orangery

These terms govern your use of orangeryafterdark.com ("Orangery After Dark", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of orangeryafterdark.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may pass the latch

Users must be aged 18 or over to use Orangery After Dark; using it confirms that they are.

3. Coins for play

• Every coin in the games is virtual, and every one is free.
• No coin has monetary value, and none counts as money, credit or property.
• Nobody may buy, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange coins for money, goods, services or prizes; in-app purchases do not exist.
• The orangery offers no prize with any real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features can be adjusted or reset by us whenever necessary.

4. Not real-money gambling

Orangery After Dark does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and contains no links to gambling operators.

5. Your brass token and account

• Sluiceboard Climb and Waxhouse Sundown need a free account. One per person is the limit, and nobody else may use it.
• Your password is yours to guard. If someone else gets into your account, tell us immediately.
• You can delete your account from the account page at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site or if we believe someone under 18 holds it.
• Coins, levels and missions attach to the account, not to you as an owner, and may be reset.

6. Behaving under glass

Never try to disrupt the site or run automated tools on it, never offer coins for trade, and never allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. When the lamps fail: liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and parts of it may be altered or removed at any time. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not restrict liability where the law forbids it, and your statutory rights remain intact.

8. Governing law for the glasshouses

These terms answer to the law of England and Wales.
